NGOs are legally required to submit annual reports to NGORA. The deadline for the submission of 2022 reports is June 30, 2023.
NGORA summarises the contents of the reports received and publishes them in the NGO Sector Report. The Report helps the government, donors and the public know of the NGO sectors contribution to national development. Report submission also helps NGOs to show transparency and accountability.
Reports are due six months after the end of each NGOs financial year. If for example your NGOs financial year ends on December 31, the annual report is due by June 30.
